LOL, my nephews are *just* like this. They lose, and do get stuffed in bed, but they sure as heck don't nap for a good while.
5 minutes in: "Is it 4 o' clock yet?" "No."
10 minutes later: "Is it 4 o' clock yet?" "No, so go to sleep!"
2 minutes later: "Is it-" "NO IT'S NOT 4 O' CLOCK YET SO GO TO SLEEP!" Lol.
