Edit:Oh god... finally managed to finished this.
Revamped image and profile of Chronos. Also changed him into an Epic NPC instead of a NPC.
Though his profile might change here and there, but I don't think it will be something major....
Revamped his story and image to match Lilith's revamped story... which should be updated soon.... VERY soon....... in probably 5 years or so... "orz

I just... don't understand what this NPC would have to do with the story (of yours). And by that, I mean in the game itself (unless this guy is only mentioned in the game, like Elsword's sister?)

But anyways, what I mean is that: he doesn't have to take a place in the nowadays storyline, just a backstory is ok.
And now that you mentioned him as being involved in one of Lilith's class advancement... Now perhaps I understand why you have a concept drawing of him.
