Well, I would say it would help to get into groups to help you get your art viewed, it's very likely that at least some nice people will take the time to fav/comment it! :3 You could also ask for opinion about your art, or things like that OwO Make friends! not just to get popular of course XD! Errr...Just have fun I'd say, it'll happen overtime owo! Though I don't think there's a real 100% effective way to get popular.. Well, well, you can browse a groupe of your choice, and when you get on it's page, you click the "join" button and kindly ask if you could join it :3! (Most of the time you get added automatically, but it may be a nice touch to ask owo) You need to pay close attention to occasional rules the group might want you to follow owo/
