This is essentially the religion of the Mobius, in my interpretation of it.

The Essense

The Essense, in a sense, is the closest to what Mobians would consider a 'god', as they usually feel ties with such a thing would only separate them. According to the Mobians, the Essense is the life source of the entire universe, what created it and what makes everything beautiful.
The Essense, however, is not specifically one person- rather the entity of every soul in the universe, combines to create the original source of life. When a mobian dies, it's believed the essense of that soul goes through the life force of the planet, nourishing it with its goodness before becoming one with The Essense. Depending on how good the soul is, it will nourish very little of the earth, or multitudes. For instance, a bad soul will nourish, at most, a flower. A good soul, however, can help something as large as an entire forest flourish.
Due to the fact most Mobians are good natured to begin with, their planet has flourished for millenian. Of course, there is a certain part of Mobius that lays lifeless from any cruel souls that ever existed- this barren area is called The Badlands.
Word of The Essense is spread orally from generation to generation-because of their great care for nature, the Mobians very rarely are able to make paper, only using what has already died or fallen in desire not to hurt any part of living nature(which is even rarer still).
Since The Escapees (Humans that lefted their broken planet for a new life) have such a large grasp of science and theology, they are only able to become part of The Essense, rather than also nourish the world. This, of course, reflected the belifs of the mobians as well-The goodness of the planet reflected the goodness of the people. The humans of Earth wanted and greeded so much, that in the end their planet suffered. Very few humans are able to go through the same process a Mobian soul goes through when they die.

Escapee Humans and The Badlands

Most Escapee Humans lived in the Badlands in the first ten years of their arrival, due to the Mobians' uneasiness with their new alien guests. As years went by, however, the Mobians became intriged with how the Humans were able to live in once-presumed inhospitable lands. In an act of trust, the Mobians gave the Humans a more fertile island south of the Labrynth Zone coast- what would be later known as the Human Kingdom of Solleana, The Sun Upon the Rocky Shores.

*Yes, so what does that mean? IM SORRY, GAIZ, ELISE FROM SONIC 06 WILL BE IN THIS :CCCCC However, I know how annoying she was in the game, so I'll be rewriting her personality so she sticks out more- and does not have a creepy romantic obsession with Sonic. ><*
