My OC JJ. While there is a big long backstory I'm too lazy to write down, essentially she and another OC of mine named Vespera exist in a future where two countries are at war and one develops missiles that take down cargo planes, and the other country wants to replace piloted planes with drones for safety reasons but can't develop a better AI that can outsmart these missiles. So this team of experts make a digital copy of a person's brain and put it in a plane, but the brain plane idea doesn't work out because the plane thinks it's supposed to be a person and goes into an absolute panic not having limbs or anything and self-destructs. So next they contract a company to build giant flying humanoid robots instead, but the company is a private corporation that wants the robots to look marketable instead of looking like the people their consciousnesses are copied from. They take it to court but it's decided robots are not humans and are patented property of the company and they can design it however they want. Then there's a lot of other stuff that happens but that's the premise.
