Black Lightning or just Lightning, as I like to call him. I know next to nothing about this character but I did enjoy the Static Shock series from back in the day, whom I guessing was based on Black Lightning. Nothing really special about this one, all of the assets were located on the Daz3d marketplace. Just a re-working of the opacity layer on the suit to remove some unwanted parts of the mesh, like shoulder pads and some fancy rivets around the collar. An idea I had (and I dont know if this is part of his character already) was that he would need to be grounded for his powers to work so, no boots or shoes for him.
