HOOOOLY SHIT IT HAS BEEN A WHILE!
Im actually uploadin' something for once. Goody. Anyway-here's an adopt I bought from KareBear117 which I have BEEN developing and ALREADY developed as much as I needed to. I havent uploaded anythin on her simply because I JUST made her digital drawing today-making this stuff has become a loot more tedious due to the low space on my other laptop.

Now then, how bout a preview of what I got for her: Cecile is the sister of Glia-the first sparky I adopted. While glia is naturally modest and lightly spoken, Cecile is just hella acrobatic with her personality and movement-its her thing. She also LOVES sour stuff, can actually drink water, aaand her attacks hit for physical damage instead of special.
