I got a 3D printer a few days ago and so far have been experimenting with fairly simple models, but I wanted to attempt something more complex, so I took one of my characters and tried printing them with as little modifications as possible to see how the printer would handle it. With that in mind, I am super impressed with how well it turned out. It blows my mind to see something I made in the computer now existing in the real world. The model is pretty rough and I'm currently struggling to remove one of the supports without breaking its arm off, but I'm just impressed that it turned out looking remotely like the character at all. I'm really impressed that the printer was able to make the whiskers and all the little hair strands. I'll post an update after I have sanded the model and removed all the little burs. One change that I will make with future models is to print them with the limbs, head, and torso as separate pieces and then glue them together.

The model is 91mm tall and took 6.5 hours to print on an Ender-3 printer.
