Vyrus is probably my most complex character. He used to be one of the bad guys before he ran away from that life. He's also got some nasty scars and blindness in one eye, which he tries to keep hidden along with the traumatic elements of his past. And he infects anyone he bites with a neurotoxin that causes blind aggression and violence.

Totally lovable, right? He might have a harsh exterior, but he actually cares very deeply about others. I anticipate him being a favorite among readers of the comic. If I ever get a chance to start drawing the damn thing. Seeing as I'm still outlining the story, I don't think that's going to happen anytime soon.

I didn't want to change the tail from his original design even though it's clearly not a wolf tail. I guess it'll just be something else adding to his sense of alienation. And his name... not exactly a stroke of creative genius, but I'm keeping it.
