Character development ahoy!
Thanks for waiting for so long between these updates, you guys. Real life does tend to get in the way at times. I'll make no promises about faster updates or a certain schedule, but I will promise to keep this series going as long as you continue enjoying it!
Next time on "Time on My Side:" A new character is introduced, relationships are revealed, a mission is given, and the plot thickens...

I am one hundred and fifty percent certain that if I ever ran into that creepy-as-heck possessed clown (in the pokemon universe that is, human univserse is totally different), I would proceed with the following actions, in this order:
1.) Scream like a little girl.
2.) Release all my pokemon currently in my party, and order him/her/them to pound him into the ground.
3.) When he's down on the ground, hopefully passed out, kick him in the groin several time, followed by a head kick.
4.) Set him on fire.
5.) (Most important here.) Run the HELL away.
Anywho, sup dude. Nice nuzlocke you got here. I like the art, I'm partial to more cartoon-y art myself when it comes to nuzlocke comics, but yours is pretty sweet too. I will have to keep an eye on you. :3

Interesting, so Darwin was originally from Galactic Industries - that explains his mature look despite being only level five.
And what's this? Ghetsis used to be some cool, Fonzie-esque biker dude before going evil? Eyy!

I LOVE your take on a younger Ghetsis - he resembles his in-game design, but you also managed to make him hip (and fashionable) and a lot less derpy. And thank GOD you made sense of that name by turning it into an acronym! On another note, you're getting really good at drawing Dave - he's getting handsome. c:<
I love Darwin's idea that he's not owned by anyone - it's a very very smart concept, espeically since he's very clever for a pokemon.

It took me a while to figure out that acronym. Because of...reasons. Heheheh.
Darwin's character has been one of the more difficult ones to shape a proper personality for, but I think I've got it down. You'll definitely be seeing more of his personality emerge as the nuzlocke goes on!

In a way, you're right. It wouldn't suit "evil mastermind who wants to take over the world" Ghetsis, not at all. But surely it suits a younger "hey dude I just want to, like, let the Pokemon be treated well, maaan" Ghetsis.

This is an interesting take on the D/P/PL story. Definitely worth the wait.

man your character development is pretty drastic, if only that Mr. CHuckles and biker Ghetsis don;t appear this would be too dramatic for them

I realized I hadn't given either Darwin or Dave that much in terms of defining character traits so far. Since they're pretty major characters (and it's Part 7! 7 parts in, and we know next to nothing about the protagonist? Whoops!), I added in the sudden bout of character development.
Biker Ghetsis is the best Ghetsis. I can't drop the comedy altogether! That's what Vlad's for.
