Yeah, maybe it needs a neck.
But since I made the characters "Chibi", I have to shrink their size.
And in Vincent's case, his cape thingy sometimes covers his neck, even his mouth. So that's why I thought the neck wasn't nessessay.
And the head....Well, I'm not sure.

so kawaii.. nice photo. It makes me want to laugh in happiness. Very adorable.But the thing that keeps it from perfection, is that the neck or the head isn't right... I can't put my finger on it.. either the neck needs to be longer, or that head.. I dunno!!!
