Anywho, this is ColdCollector's commission for Misty (original, not the new one from the games) shivering out in the cold. Had a lot of fun trying to figure out how to do a snowy background, since I be from the sunny state of Hawaii and all. Came out with this soft-looking snow drift...in a blizzard. LOL, I feel bad for Misty.
