I haven't done a full-blown illustration in a while (probably shows, or I'm probably paranoid.) I spent the most time trying to figure out what to put in the background until I finally settled on spray paint splatters--fits their vibe, I think. My favorite part of this piece was just letting loose and putting in neon colors wherever it felt right to put them--it's not something I've ever really done before now, and it was refreshing to do something so different color-wise.
