Description
As has been made clear thoroughly by now, the Hyrule that exists within the Lost Era, or the Era of the Gerudo, is much different than what you may already know. One key difference is the new role Urbosa- previously known as the Gerudo Chief in the otherwise alternate Era of the Wild- finds herself in. She has retained the role of Gerudo Chief, or at least she is the leading authority in Gerudo Town in the desert while gaining the title of Queen, having not only married the current King Ganondorf but bore him the daughters Sonia and Zelda.

Her first appearance in the story, she visits Zelda in the Hyrule Castle Dungeons after trying and failing to get her husband to release their daughter from her confinement. She does not care for how her husband handles things in the wider Kingdom, but she stays complacent lest his fury turn its focus towards her. It isn't until she meets Nik, the young Gerudo voe who would take the throne from her husband by birthright, that Urbosa begins to defy what Ganondorf tells her, and with those actions and the words of her younger sister Urbosa finds herself making a choice that will ultimately serve to royally piss Ganondorf off.
