Yesterday, my grey and black tabby, Racal, has passed away around 6:30-6:50pm on July 30th, 2020. He was the best kitten I've ever had.
He was around 14 years old, and that is normal for a cat at that time. We never knew exactly what happened if it was a kidney failure, or just his age. But he's no longer in pain anymore.
He was a gift from my dad to my mother whenever his was a kitten, and had a brother who was a orange tabby named Tigger. My mother was pregnant with my brother during the time. I've heard stories that when we were both babies, he'd used to jump onto my crib and snuggle up with me. He also would jump onto counters, roofing of the cabinets, and have the zoomies and run around the house. That's why his name was rascal.
Anytime I was really sick, or just not feeling well, he would sense something was wrong, and comfort me. He was a very sweet and gentle kitty. He's probably up there right now kicking his brother's butt right now.
I love you Rascal. You were my buddy. You are our little rascal..
