A deceased mate of Leavid. Served as a Dollie of an unpopular Dollhouse called Burrow Brinx, he performed aquatic based performances and cared alot for Leavid.
Despite being sightless, he and Leavid spent hours together in secret when Yvonne refused to let his Dollies interact with anyone outside the establishment.
Eventually Cipher was found dead by the hands of Sainick who did it as a means to keep Leavid in line and less distracted.
