I sketch on paper, scan it & ink & color in photoshop. for the neater lineart I use pen tool, cuz I draw really messy line arts just by using brush tool

you can always use your camera phone... and then digitize in Photoshop/SAI/GIMP/whatever thats what I always do if there's no scanner at the place i'm at currently

well.. erm.. i dont know how to get or use photoshop.. been to lazy to get it and learn, and idk what SAI and GIMP are. help? and make it simple if you want to describe what to do, because my friend was making it aggravating, just making me go

you can buy a CD from computer stores. SAI & GIMP are Photoshop alternatives, GIMP is open source though & easily downloadable.
