They don't wear clothes but their bodies are patterned.
They can have normal arms or tentacle arms
like a planet they sometimes have things orbiting them.
don't know how you can get some of that in Kisekae but good luck lol.

The orbiting might be a tiny bit difficult, but manageable, the pattern might be the only thing where I'll have to use MS Paint and cheat it into the image
