My boi and me.

He sent me a webcam shot. I tried to mimic the same pose, adjust the colour tone to match. I first increased the saturation in my picture to match his, and adjusted the levels in both. I added a solid black layer over top of the pictures, each with a circular gradient mask to darken the outside edges. Finally, I placed the pictures together on the same canvas, and found that it looked better if I flipped my image the other way, so that I became a mirror image to Ryan. I masked out our eyes and decreased saturation slightly, then masked out everything but our eyes and increased saturation slightly, also making minute hue changes. Smoothed out the darkening edges of our pictures, added border, our names, done! Just a shame that his is a webcam pic, and mine is a cellphone pic... it would have looked really amazing in a larger format!!
