She's more or less the same as canon Twilight, exceeeeept in the Rinaverse, she is not Celestia's successor! Just the good old princess of friendship, and principal of the School of Friendship!
Honestly my NG has been a WIP for years and I've not yet put too much thought into the canon divergences and such, so that's about all I have for Ms. Twily right at the moment!
Edit: Oh yeah, forgot to mention, but my Twilight (as well as most of her family) is a "moonicorn"!
