RESHIRAM.My most favorite pokemon.. period.
This was just... wow.. to make. VERY hard. But the process was worth it.
some facts about this reshiram sculpture:
1. it took 7 grueling hours to make. he was finished at the 2nd of September, so we have the same birthday.
2. he's about 18 cm tall, but the length from the tip of the tail to his head is about 25cm.
3. besides being made of white clean, he looks pretty clean.
4. it took a full 250 grams of clay to make him. before that, the largest one i've made was ninetales at 100 grams.
hmm.. That's all i'd say, i guess. i think you'd do better to just look at it than read on about my rambling lol.

Oh don't be afraid to make a mistake. try starting again with something simple and with no definite appearance. Liiiike... Plant cloak burmy. you can do the leaves however you want without feeling restricted to a specific appearance. Probs not the best example,

I've sculpted many mini-Pokemon... (Cyndaquil, Chikorita, etc.)
And my latest normal Pokemon would have to be Latias! ^^ (in a realistic style, of course XD)

Whoa, that is just astounding. I made several large sculptures in the past, but nothing this magnificent. Now days i usually stick to much much smaller things. Usually the largest I go is 4 inches. How tall is he? Judging by the other pictures of him overlooking all of the other pokemon, he must be pretty tall.

thank you! The white is plain white clay, and then the eyes are just ordinary acrylics, though usually i use coloured clay and not paint them at all

tis made with wires to hold the wings and tail in place and polymer clay. then i mold it to reshiram's (spitting) image.
