It's not anything. It's simply the artist's representation of obsession

I don't think that matters. It might be a demon or a monster of some sort. But it's really more about the symbolism, don't you think? Maybe it's supposed to be un identifiable, so it's scary or confusing or what have you. Maybe it has personal meaning to the artist.Β

basically I searched on the internet for examples of a toplight and bottom-light male body and tried to imagine how it would be in a mixed light situation. There is quite a lot of great reference material out there.
