That looks like a nuclear silo, in which case, the only emissions from that stack are water vapor. Steam isn't pollution.
Let's strive for accuracy in our advocacy.
If it isn't a nuclear silo, then shame on you for using a child to "argue" for ideas that she is too young to understand. I am against the political exploitation of children, no matter from which side it comes.

The place where i live a lot of children in her age suffering from asthma and other respiratory problems including my 4 years old daughter. The rates of death because of cancer are much higher than other Greek cities. The pollution is above the permitted limits many times. So this girl need clean air to breath. And this protest you name it "political exploitation of children". Also another one version of photo here. [link]

I sympathize with the suffering of the children in your area. I merely meant that the argument for shutting down power plants, without regard to the socio-economic consequences (loss of jobs, infrastructural failure, etc.), is one that should not be made by children.
If you are not arguing that, and you only want the power plants to behave ethically, I apologize. That was just the impression I got from your photograph. The human suffering was not clearly communicated in the photograph, and I thought it was a purely environmentalist/anti-industrial piece.
In my country, there is a lot of that crud going on.
