I can imagine Twice from My Hero Academia singing the Angel's Reprise part of the Addict song, since both Twice and Angel Dust have a sad backstory and past which made them become who they are now.
And they're both trying to find a way to get away from their pasts, Angel joining the hotel staff because secretly he do believes and hopes in It's success, and Twice joined the League of Villains because he's hoping to find friends there.
So Twice singing it would be quite fitting in my opinion.
