Description
A little something I found while playing Xenoverse 2 with Elery. We found... well, the name should be self-explanatory. XDBut of course as it's impossible to, Link's XV2 self here is lacking his trademark pointed ears and his signature green cap as well. But hey, at least this player made the 4-Star Dragon Ball Costume as close to the colors of Link's outfit as possible. And of course Tapion's Sword as the closest thing to the one and only Master Sword. Minus the iconic shield as well, but hey... what can ya do?
Anyway yea, just felt like posing this up.

Vegeta: Let this be an important lesson to ALL of you! Power will only go so far if you rely on someone else. With the power you possess, DON'T use it to control others to do your every bidding!
Elery: Instead, use that power to work as a team with those, like we do. For forcing others to do work for you will only lead to ruin... as it did with Frieza using my kind, to Zamasu and Goku Black who were immortal and mortal each, meaning such a combination would not work out...
Hiroka: *Sees Half-Corrupted Fused Zamasu in the vids and is horrified to say the very least...*
Vegeta: Fact stands that you lot shouldn't have relied on such power to begin with. Think better of your neighbors then just mere tools to control, and the world will be better for both of you.
Elery: Is that clear to all of you now...? *Stands besides Trunks, Vegeta and Takumi glaring at the citizens slightly coldly... a clear message they won't get a second chance if they relived on such dark powers again*

Elery: Hmm... these will come in handy down the road. *Nods smiling* Alright, let's get out of here.
With that, Elery returns home with Trunks, Vegeta and Takumi. Just in time to see Daisy was helping Bulma pack clothes and supplies for the camping trip later that evening.
Bulma: Oh! Welcome back guys! Daisy and I were just about finished packing up stuff for our family camping trip later.
Elery: Good, we'll be ready for that then. *Smiles as she pats Daisy's head*
Daisy (Kid): *Giggles* So did the Parallel Quest go OK? *Looks up to her father*

Trunks: It did. And Elery mastered some new skills!

Bulma: Wow! Amazing!
Elery: Heh, well... at least the whole ordeal is over. *Stretches and yawns* Ahh... I think I need a little nap after all that. And this time I won't get any bad dreams, hopefully... (This time while she will indeed have another one, I'll provide with the surprise nightmare that comes. Based off a particular thing at that...)
Daisy (Kid): Best be ready though, Mama. In case they do come back...
Elery: I know, sweetie. That's why I got you father to help with that, just as he did before. *Giggles as she winks at Trunks smooching him on the cheek* Go ahead and have a little me time with our sweet little girl. I'll let you know if I need anything. *Nods before heading to her and Trunks's bedroom*
Daisy (Kid): Bye, Mama! *Waves to Elery before hugging her father* Papa, what should we do in the meantime while Mama's sleeping?
(Yea, I'll take a note to do that sometime. xP)

Meanwhile...in Elery's dreams...

Vegeta: Trunks... you feel she's old enough to... *Trunks would surely know what his own father was talking about*
Daisy (Kid): ??
Elery was dreaming fine for awhile... she was with her family having a good time as they would in a few hours... but they were unaware of a dark force that was watching them... and would soon strike against them in Elery's dream world... (Suspense while Daisy is training with her father.

Trunks: I do, Father. Takumi said himself that she has potential, even if he didnβt directly say it.

Daisy (Kid): *Scratches her head still confused*
Vegeta: Daisy... *Kneels down to his granddaughter* Your father is referring... to you reaching Super Saiyan.
Daisy (Kid): !! A-Am I...
Vegeta: Seeing as your father himself gained the form fairly easily as did Kakarot's son Goten, there's no reason to say you can't ether.
Bulma: *Having heard all this she looks to her son* Trunks, honey... you sure you want this...? I would imagine Elery would, and not surprisingly with Vegeta... *Rolls her eyes* But you sure you thought this through? *Slightly concerned at best...* (Typical Bulma at that, and since she's a grandmother to Daisy, can anyone blame her for being a little worried?

Trunks: Mom, donβt worry. If I could become a Super Saiyan at a young age, whoβs to say my daughter canβt?

Bulma: Well... that's true at least.
Vegeta: Trust us, Bulma. Daisy's more then capable of it. Trunks and I both will see to it. *Nods to his wife*
Bulma: ...Fine. I guess it would only be a matter of time before she herself would become a warrior. I mean just look at her future self at that.
Vegeta: Exactly. Even if that Daisy came from a different timeline altogether, she herself could also go Super Saiyan. Our sweet little one would be just as capable.
At this Bulma nods and leaves her husband and son to ensure this for young Daisy. As Elery shifts in her sleep again as her dreams start to turn a bit, Daisy stood ready for her father and grandfather's training.
Vegeta: Now, Trunks... I assume you'll be taking a less violent approach to ensure Daisy reaches Super Saiyan. She's far to fragile to just push around and such, after all... *Even Vegeta was looking out for his granddaughter, showing he did indeed care for her safety at that*

Trunks: Of course, Father. Now, Daisy, becoming a Super Saiyan usually happens when youβre either extremely angry, or calm and focused. What do you want to protect the most?

Daisy (Kid): Umm... *Scratches her cheek as her tail wags a bit* W-Well of course you, Papa. Mama, Grandpa Vegeta and Grandma Bulma. And all our friends and family too, but especially you, Mama, Grandpa Vegeta and Grandma Bulma.
Vegeta: Then we'll focus on us at that. Think deep inside and imagine that, even when things seem to go well, Trunks, Elery, Bulma or even me would be put in terrible danger, with our lives on the line.
Daisy (Kid): !! B-But, I don't want to see you, Mama, Papa or Grandma Bulma get hurt! *Her eyes start to water a bit now*
Vegeta: Trunks... *Nods to his son letting him step in now to comfort and reassure her*

Trunks: We wonβt get hurt. But, we also want you to be strong enough to protect us. You want to protect us as well, right? Focus on that desire above anything else for now.

Daisy (Kid) O-OK... *Drying her eyes, she closes her eyes as she thinks hard on the desire to protect her parents and grandparents*
Vegeta: That's it. Focus your mind and spirit both, calmly feeling the power surge through you. *Smiles lightly nodding to this*

It begins to grow...and surge...power coursing through her veins...!

And slowly but surely, Daisy's hair began to shift into a golden yellow color, her eyes turning emerald green for a moment! She was doing it!

And eventually...with a mighty cry, she bursts into Super Saiyan!

Vegeta: That's it! Well done, Daisy!
Daisy (Kid): I... I-I did it! *Looks at herself and closes her fist before jumping up and down* I did it, I did it! Papa, Grandpa Vegeta! I did it, I did it! *Grins big as she hugs her father's leg*

Trunks smiles. Trunks: Indeed you did. Now, if you can train enough and master each form of Super Saiyan, you will eventually reach Super Saiyan Blue, like your Grandpa has.

Vegeta: Hmph, who knows? You might even reach Super Saiyan 4 as well, like both your parents have. *Smirks a little*
Daisy (Kid): Oh yea! That one form where Mama and Papa get that furry look. *Giggles as she looks up to her dad* Can I see that form, please Papa?
Vegeta: Heh, lucky for you your tail grew back, son. That way it was easier for you to go Super Saiyan 4 as well like Elery did. *Nods smiling to this*
(Yea, don't know if I ever told you or not, but Elery being married to Trunks meant he grew his tail back in too. We just never see it in Xenoverse or anything cause of his coat and all. XD)

Trunks: Haah! (He goes Super Saiyan 4!)
Trunks (Super Saiyan 4): This is Super Saiyan 4.

Daisy (Kid): Wow, Papa! *Giggles as she sees his purple-colored tail and goes over to it* You look so cool! *Giggles as she grabs his tail with her tiny hands and begins to swing a bit on his tail playfully*
Vegeta: *Smiles lightly himself seeing Daisy play with her father's tail* And one day when you're old enough, you'll be able to reach that form too.

However, in Elery's mental landscape, it isn't all smiles...

And finally, a dream unlike any before begins in her head. In it, Elery was a powerful demigoddess warrior in a frozen land, Daisy being her young daughter that had a hidden power deep within, even though it was cursed...
With a bow and arrows for Daisy and a mighty single-handed axe for Elery, the two of them traveled to deliver Trunks's ashes to a distant land far beyond their own. In the mist of the chaotic adventures they had however, tempers and tension soon rose to where, at one point Elery stops her cursed daughter from chasing after a godly enemy...
Elery (GoW): There are consequences to killing a god OR goddess!!
Daisy (GoW): WHY?! How do you know...? *Looks to her father with blazing eyes, nothing like the innocent eyes of the real Daisy* HOW do you know?!!
Eventually however, things took a darker tone when Daisy was struck with a very bad sickness, and Elery did everything she could to save her daughter. But sadly... Daisy ends up dying. In a fit of rage, Elery slaughters all in her path and becomes a murderous rampaging monster...
AΒ Goddess of War... (And THERE'S the most obvious hint to what this is based off, LMAO...)
And finally with a gasp, Elery rises from the bed in cold sweat. The very idea of herself losing control over not being able to save young Daisy... she clenches her beating heart as she tries to ponder over what dream it was she just had...

Trunks enters, understandably worried, but still in Super Saiyan 4. Trunks (Super Saiyan 4): Elery?

(Bingo. The new 2018 version at that.
Bulma: Elery, you awake? It's almost time to- *But gasps as she sees Elery, right as Vegeta and Daisy also came in*
Daisy (Kid): Mama! *Comes right over to Elery hugging her tightly*
Elery: *Still catching her breath she just lightly hugs her daughter back* H-Hey little cub...
Bulma: Geez, another one? *Brings her hand to Elery's forehead feeling how sweaty she was* You're as cold as ice... what happened?
Elery was silent, before slowly giving details of this new nightmare, which understandably shook everyone in the room to their core, even Vegeta at that!

Trunks is understandably upset...but Elery soon notices that her daughter is a Super Saiyan!

Daisy (Kid): A-Anyway, look Mama! Papa and Grandpa Vegeta helped me reach Super Saiyan!
Elery: Heh, look at you kiddo. As Vegeta once said, it's become a Super Saiyan Bargain Sale! *Laughs a little*
Vegeta: Hmph... *He lightly smiled amused*
But shivering again, Elery finally nods and waits for Vegeta and Bulma to get Daisy out of the room for now, to help pack up a few things before they were ready to go. And Elery clings to Trunks as her tail was already giving the obvious signs of wanted attention.
Elery: Losing you... was bad enough, sure. I had missed your touch... your scent. Your love. *Sniffs as tears started to form in her eyes* B-But... losing Daisy too, our precious little flower... *Finally unable to hold her feelings in, she cries into her husband's bare chest due to him still being in SSJ4 form, grasping at the fur around his arms and back for support*

Trunks hugs her gently.

As Elery just lets her bottled up feelings out fully, not about to keep them in any longer. And as she cries, her tail brushes against one of his hands...

Trunks rubs the tip of Elery's tail soothingly.

Slowly as Trunks did this, her cries and tears begin to fade. And she sniffs as she whispers into Trunks's ear, already knowing exactly what she wanted...
And so she laid down on her stomach on the bed again, relaxing as she lets her husband stroke her tail again, this time focused more on helping her relax and be a lot calmer after such a hard dream she had.

And her hums of delight were enough to know she was enjoying it greatly. It felt so good to rely on her husband for such things to help ease her pain, her nerves and her pride even.
And finally as Elery feels much more relaxed and content with herself, she sits up kissing Trunks telling him he could stop now, and walks with him back outside where Daisy, Vegeta and Bulma were waiting, ready to go.
Bulma: There you two lovebirds are, hehe. Ready to get going?
Elery: I'd say so. *Nods smiling as she sees Trunks still in SSJ4 form* Oh, hehe... love, ya might want to revert to normal now. We'll need ya back to normal for when we go swimming and by the campfire at that. *Chuckles as she smooches Trunks lovingly and gets in the van with Daisy while they wait for him*

Trunks reverts and enters.
Trunks: So, you become a goddess of war in that nightmare last night?

Elery: Yea, so it would seem. I fought everything from giant trolls, giant serpents, and even some kind of thunder god. Not sure what his name was, but I could tell he had a electrical hammer and appeared to be one of those red-haired and bearded men I've seen in pictures on your computer.
Bulma: Wait, you fought Thor in your dream? Wow!
Elery: Thor... so that's his name huh?
Daisy (Kid): Who is Thor? *Wanting to hear more she giggles as she listens to her parents closely, not missing a single word*

Trunks: Thor is the God of Thunder in Norse mythology. His divine hammerΒ MjΓΆlnirΒ was capable of generating powerful bolts of electricity, as well as his powers over nature allowing him to create tornadoes and earthquakes. He has fought giants, demons, trolls, and even his own brother Loki to protect his homeland of Asgard, all in the name of his father, Odin, the All-Father, who is basically the father of all Norse gods and goddesses.

Elery: I see... interesting.
Bulma: But why in the world were you fighting Thor of all people as a Goddess of War? Do you even know?
Elery: Sadly, no. All I remember was facing him while he had a hood over his head. I darkly asked "Who are you" ?and he responded by revealing his hammer, and soon after he and I charged each other, that's when I was startled awake...
Vegeta: Hmph... sounds to me he was sent to take you down, given how bloodthirsty you had become in the dream...
Elery: Yea... so it would seem. *Nods to this*
Daisy (Kid): Well, it was just a dream, Mama. You could never be like that.
Elery: I know, little cub. *Smiles as she pats her daughter on the head*

Trunks nods. However, they could talk about that later. For now, it was vacation time!

As they arrived at the camping site, soon enough the tents were fixed up and soon enough, the family heads on over to the lake to have a bit of water fun. Elery slips into a green and black Trendy Bikini, smirking seeing Trunks's reaction as she slides her tail over the bikini bottoms and checks Trunks out seeing him get into his swimsuit as well. Bulma got into a simple pink one piece bikini while Vegeta got into black tan swim trunks. And Daisy lets her father help her into her sky blue one piece swimming suit, having a hole in the back for her tail as well.Β

As does Elery too, with Daisy following suit. Vegeta and Bulma sit at lakeside on lounge chairs to suntan a bit, as Elery giggles and splashes a bit towards Trunks and Daisy both, to which Daisy splashes back.

However, it isn't all fun and splashes, as they hear a thud on the beach.

Elery: Huh? *Turns to the beach wondering what was going on*
