The Collecting Pokemon

Ability: Provisions - This Pokemon regains 1/16th% Of its HP back at the end of each turn
Cheek Pouches - Restores HP as well when the Pokemon eats a Berry.
HA: Sap Sipper: Boosts the Attack stat if hit by a Grass-type move, instead of taking damage.

It is very rare for a Rocorn to be seen with a nut of some sort, but Acorns are their favorite. In addition to being able to eat them for a extra boost of energy, they are able to utilize them in battle as both a weapon and a shield.

Now that we are done with the starters, its time for us to move onto the Route 1 Squad, you know the deal, the Rodent, The Bird, The Bug, all the Pokemon you have grown accustom to seeing in the early game, and maybe a few more surprises! But best not to get ahead of myself, we are starting off with our Normal Type Rodent of this generation. I decided to go with Squirrels as they are the rodent I end up seeing the most of, they are everywhere around here! I liked the idea of them staying Mono-Normal type, but still having access to grass type moves, providing a bit of an interesting utility. I know I always hated that it was never worth using any of the starting rodents aside from Bunnelby, but that was more so because it had the godly hidden ability of Huge Power, and was less of something you would take through the game. So I guess I pose the question to everyone who reads this far, what would it take for you to wanna take the first Normal Type Rodent through the game?

I would love to implement this design into a fan game, but I would love to know what everyone thinks about it first and foremost. Feel free to comment what you think about the design, the stats, the movepool. I am always open for discussion and criticism so lets talk!
