The Thieving Pokemon

Ability: Pickup This Pokemon may pick up items. When the Pokemon looses a held item, it has a 50% chance to have it returned each turn.
Pickpocket - Steals an item from an attacker that made direct contact.
HA- Magician - Steals the held item of a Pokemon it hits with a move

They are attracted to anything that is shiny or sparkly and will try to take it no matter where it may be, or who is holding it. Its believed that these Pokemon keep all of their loot in one location, and that a person who finds it could become rich.

This is the first of my designs that I think I had a clear gimmick/goal I wanted to see through with this evolution. I wanted to make FLING a viable move to be used. What I had decided was to tweak the ability a bit and give it a better in battle use, and then put it on a Pokemon whose whole gimmick would be stealing items in various ways. This line is actually one of my favorite designs so far! so I hope everyone else enjoys it!

I would love to implement this design into a fan game, but I would love to know what everyone thinks about it first and foremost. Feel free to comment what you think about the design, the stats, the movepool. I am always open for discussion and criticism so lets talk!
