I know it's a dumb question, but uh... how do you get that double-lined writing? Like what you did for "distractions" and "transparency lock"?

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSS I was wondering how to make the lines thicker!!! All this time Ive been going over them with a paintbursh tool and.. i cant draw with a mouse lol.
