I am just rewatching TNG now, I honestly never liked star trek as a kid now I love it... it's cool to have a show where the premise is dealing with inferior cultures and not intervening where as all other sci fi things is about 'how do i destroy this?'. Anyways, watching it with new eyes I gotta give data props, best character and amazing performance by the actor.

Definitely amazing performance and amazing lessons in the episodes about other cultures and life in general. If you really want to be shocked, try watching some bloopers where data laughs and makes jokes it's pretty off-putting lol
