There had been a riot in a S.American prison that got the guards furious. They killed over 200 prisoners in retaliation, throwing some into pits where dogs ripped the flesh off their bodies !
Others were splashed with gasoline and then set on fire in their cells !
What caused the riot I do not know, but the warden got fired for condoning or authorizing the ensuing massacre.

This was really really fun to colour, Stevens has a way with brutality and making it look cooler than it actually is!
Case in point: look to the left of the image and see the guys getting it in the head with the unicorn-horn-looking-like thing!
Noramlly people might throw up by seeing that, but once again he made it rock, good work man lol!
