.:: This is from Matilda ::. I. Love. Leon the Professional. I was working.:: This is from Matilda ::.I. Love. Leon the Professional. I was working out thumbnails for another piece and all of a sudden this image popped in my head. I got it down on paper and began working up the image. While the movie played on in the background, I hear Leon utter, “This… is from Matilda.”
Where did I hear that from? And then it clicked, and all this excitement and the feeling of stars aligning rushed in. I realized that one of my favorite bands, ‘Alt-J’ did a song called Matilda, which I didn’t realize until this moment that it’s about Leon and Matilda’s relationship in the movie. #mindblown
