Description I've always loved Friends and in particular Jennifer Aniston. at one stage
i thought about calling it "Leather Jacket" as it turned into a labour of love in the end, taking up over half the time to do,. The reference was picked because of the jacket and that was the challenge for this drawing, the other was to finish before the New Year....Oops!

Drawn on A3 extra smooth bristol board, using H2 - B9 graphite pencils, blending sticks, tissues, pencil rubbers & BluTak. It took 59hrs! but now happy to have finished.

It's difficult to explain really, apply lots of layers (up to 8) where you need them and rub off the layers you don't want, does that make sense?

over all the sketch is just perfect ...but I am amazed to see the work on the leather jacket ...ur work says its a leather jacket and its colour is light brown originally... excellent ... u r a true artist who can define colours just by using graphite pencils ... if possible let me know how u worked on this leather jacket, I want to learn as well ... have a good day mate

Hi Avijit, the jacket is basically made up of about 6 - 8 layers of graphite then rubbed back with and pencil rubber for the lines and Blu Tak to get a crackled finished.
