Count Bleck from Super Paper Mario!

So one of my bestest friend is a Count Bleck fan so I decided to make an icon of him for the heck of it! I wanted the challenge of creating this! He was loads fun to pixalate and I didn't even have to use a base for this, cept' for smoothing the hand and gradient palette from Zebesian. Trust me I did try to do the hand myself, but I fail at hands D:
