OMEGA! I never knew that he was waterproof... That or I'm gonna believe Tails upgraded him to be waterproof so he won't have to fear going near the water anymore if he gets invited to go out at the beach with his friends.

I'll admit looking at a distance, the sheer detail you've put into this piece I thought you sculpted Omega in 3D and then added some photoshop magics by adding the water, and the donut floaty. XD
