The Time Lord Rifle... Full length rifle with working light and removable red tip so it is compliant with cosplay prop regulations.
I decided against the grey and mauve of the original rifle from the show. Instead, this one is burned, retrieved from the Time Vortex by the TARDIS to be a reminder of the darkest moment of the Doctor's life, the absolute choice that would shape his very soul. It has it's message carved into the surface so he will never forget.
"No More" in simple Gallifreyan text carved into the forward housing.
"2.47 Billion children" That was the choice, and the price, the Doctor's soul paid for using The Moment, for choosing to end the Time War.
"Remember" This pivotal word is carved into the trigger handle of the weapon, should the Doctor choose to pick up this weapon again. This rifle was the pen he signed his intent on the wall, an intent to destroy all Time Lords and Daleks alike to end the war and the suffering he had seen.
A piece of the "leather" used for the trenchcoat of the cosplay costume was used to create a make-shift guerrilla sling for the rifle.
