The good lookin' fella to the Captain's left (viewer's right) is his 1st mate, Rick Donovan, or Handsome Rick. 'Nough said.

Finally, the pretty lady is the Captain's personal Cabin Boy (to further his stupidity). He refers to her as Hot Bobby O'Brien, as he's never seen such a beautiful young man.
