Beautiful. Your artwork amazes me each time you post a piece. The lighting and detail in each piece is incredible. This might seem like a silly question but how do you get such detail with oil?

oil has been used in paintings with freakishly exceptional detail for hundreds of years...a good example to look up is jan van eyck....his paintings are insanely detailed and oil paintings...like the arnolfini marriage for example...it's all about patience to do the detail
