I really like how their bodies are very human but they have teh heads of dogs. Plus the piper is a schnauzer and I love them!!!

such a wonderful ambience; it gives a Bakerstreet (Sherlock Holmes' era) feel to the observer.
there are a few things wrong with the violin positioning, but if your not a violinist, they are hard to notice.
plus, i just love how the dog's jowls are drooping over the chin rest.

The face of the Hound is very beautiful in it's own way, you've truely managed to capture the natural expression of the breed in RL and place it into the simple yet sad image. You can even see the pain of the illness in his eyes, the poor big fellow. He looks so large compared to the little Terrier, but you look at his thin fragile fingers and take note of his hunched posture and can't help but feel a deep sorrow for him.
A lovely piece, really.

the hand holding the bow and the sadness in the face of the violin player is awesome. wasn't until i noticed the horses did i notice how big that guy is. cool beans.
