Okay, not a very thought-provoking title. XD But it's not a very thought-provoking drawing, either, so I don't feel so bad. I did this one from a photo reference for my mom.(Colored pencil, copics, and pen on fiberboard.)

That's why I never do drawings like this......because I want to have a life outside of drawing. XD

That's the really sad part--pieces like this take way less time than my usual colored-pencil (or even plain pencil) pieces! >___< It's because I don't draw this kind of piece out in minute detail before I do it (I did this one just like I would do a painting, by sketching out the main parts like eyes with a background color, then filling them in later). This one took, maybe, 6 hours or so from start to finish. But by God, that's one intense 6 hour stretch...! That's why I can't do this kind of thing too often--it's not that it takes a long time, but that it's really draining, both mentally and physically.........but fun too, of course.
