“I was wondering if I would ever get a proper goodbye.”
Toshinori Yagi, the former Number One Hero known as All Might, lay in his bed, a tired yet relieved smile on his face. He didn’t need too to see to know that a presence had entered the room; even Quirkless and retired he still had some honed senses. He opened his blue eyes to peer at the guest who had materialized inside his hospital room, avoiding use of the door.
“It is good to see you. I was hoping you would come, Young Midoriya.”
Standing some feet away from him with a taunt expression was indeed the youth known as Izuku Midoriya. He was different from when the retired hero had last seen him; he was a bit taller, his face less rounded, sharper and mature but still sporting iconic freckles; his messy green hair slightly shorter while he had developed more muscle on his arms. His garb matched his matured figure, sporting a white dress shirt rolled up to his elbows, black suit pants and a black busin and MHA: Tandem Hope
Today she was starting 7th Grade, this was her chance for a fresh start and to make new friends. It was just one step toward her dream, her goal that she had sworn nearly six years ago. She had to be open and make the most of her school time before she would be faced with the trial of entering her dream school in just three years. Her mentors were counting on her, she couldn’t let them down… she couldn’t let him down. It’d been part of her fault he’d disappeared, despite what others assured her. If only she hadn’t trusted that strange but sympathetic man who said he knew him…
“Hey there, you’re kinda cute.”
The long white-blue haired girl stiffened as she walked, feeling multiple presences near her. She clutched her school bag tightly, steeling herself as her red eyes widened with apprehension. She turned her head slightly to get a look at her addresser, seeing a grinning brown haired boy around her age with an orange h

That's right another one shot! This story takes place some years after my "Tandem Hope" fic and serves as the conclusion bringing the past two together, though it may or may not be the last in the series. (This series is an AU following chaosphoniex 's basic "Ultimatum" happenings). Wanted to get all the main players together in this as well as address a few mentioned in passing, but mainly it's closure and new beginnings this time around. However the reason why some things are not explained are to avoid spoiling Chaos' future happenings as even though my fics divert from hers there are some shared events she's not yet published.
