P.S. I have 2 questions for you, and I would love it if you answered them...'Cause I'm on my way to Hima-Papa's style, but I fail so much
1) What pen do you use to outline...the pen or crayon tool...IT LOOKS LIKE BOTH! And I wouldn't be surprised if you did that...
2) Geez Sincerly stop making the guy answer your stupid questions!

I use pen tool, I adjusted some settings. SOmetimes I use crayon tool.
lol, If you mean Hetalia drawings, I look at official art from time to time to get the Hetalia 'feel' right
