Description
Play as Rainbow Dash and Spike as a swarm of Parasprites come through. Use Spike to shoot fireballs and burn these little feathered balls. You also have your Rainbow Power which allows you to use powers such as rapid fire and rainbomb on collision. You have your score and level that goes up as you gain points. The higher the level, the more Parasprites.2.94: In preparation of the next boss.
This update should fix a few bugs before going on to the next boss of the game. Here's the changes:
-New preview pic. Hope you guys like it!
-Upgraded pony graphics
-Trail graphics upgraded
-Gilda has been changed around a little bit. She now throws pegasi and pillars, save the pegasi to earn extra points!
-Fluttershy's stare has been changed to a new skill I learned. Bitmap Displacement Filter!
-Finally got the Red Parasprite in! It grows as you shoot it and then explodes. Watch the fire from the explosion, fire doesn't take sides.
Ok, I think that's all. Sorry for the wait. I'm juggling Android projects here as well. I'll be waiting a little bit before starting in case there are other bugs that I've missed. After that, I'll be posting my development update journals as usual and extend this game further.

Hopefully getting such high scores wont be so easy now with the bug fixes and exploit patching I've been doing. The Rainboom takes more rainbow juice now, and rainbow juice frequency has risen. Good luck in the competition for 2.94 eveypony!
Quick Fix:
OC Gilda bug now fixed. Enjoy playing as OC again without Gilda constantly coming back to life!

This is how I feel about the game:

This sure was a fun game. A lot of replayability with just the main characters, and even trying out the OCs was unique and creative in itself. But, I simply just love blasting away with the main Pegasi.
I've discovered quite a few glitches in my playthroughs though. First glitch, the invisible barriers. Sometimes after getting hit, an invisible barrier will form somewhere around the map, usually at the right side of the screen. This barrier prevents all shots from going through it, and enemies inside the barrier can't take damage from shots that go through targets. It's also permanent. It seems like a creative way to make getting high scores more difficult, but it's kinda unbalanced that it only spawns after getting hit, and only sometimes. (There's also one that always seems to appear in the bottom right corner of the screen after beating Trixie.)
Second glitch, enemies stop respawning. I'm not entirely sure what triggers this, but eventually the music will stop looping. When that happens, and you pause the game, there's a chance that the enemies will stop spawning altogether, and your run will pretty much be over. I think it happens if you try turning off the music and turning it back on, or leaving the screen for a new window when paused. I've lost a few high score runs because of this glitch.
Third glitch is another weird one that involves the enemies to stop respawning. If you're not shooting any of the parasprites, eventually they'll just stop spawning, even in the first level.
Fourth glitch, Derpy's special ability. I don't remember exactly how it happened, but I think right when I got hit and used her special ability, it just broke. It would stay active, but never end. You could never re-use it.
I believe that's about it. If there's anything that I don't like about this game that doesn't involve glitches, it's the boss gimmicks. I'd rather have it that you have to shoot bosses that have very high health, rather than waiting and dodging attacks until they decide you can attack them.
If you take suggestions, I would probably suggest that, for Trixie, after you have done enough damage to her, she'll form a shield and then shoot that magical energy ball that you have to shoot back at her in order to take out her shield. If you fail, she'll just keep shooting them repeatedly until you take out her shield.
But, oh well, still a fun game. Hoping for the next update. Keep up the good work.

When I made that suggestion, I meant that Trixie would only form that shield after she has received enough damage, rather than have it the whole fight and waiting until she decides when you can take it down.
