It's a lovely icon, but may I make a suggestion?

Rather than having 2 frames of 3 blinking sparkles, perhaps have a third frame and three levels of animation per sparkle and then alternate all three sparkles (it gives the animation variety!)

(I.e. the first sparkle will be on it's first level of animation while the second is on it's second and the third is on it's third,
and then in the second frame the first sparkle will be on it's second while the second is on it's third and the third is on it's first, etc.)

It's still lovely pixel art nonetheless!
