If they was to be a proper European union Austria would be required to get their information before performing the deed and would be required to send it to Hungry. If Hungry has different laws than every nation in Europe should by law have to send them the details of everyone who would be a criminal to them. Though seems they have allowing of corruption favor that's uneuropean. They already have that in America, you're not adding anything new or good. But also is the law of the people angle and that means if they goto another country to commit a crime of their people that country is expected to punish them, send them to be punished, send for a Hungarian to punish them or insure the crime doesn't take place. It's the law of the people. A law of the people European free movement would allow them to pick what people they're part of using the old nations and borders or making up new ones. That would be different and more healthy I would imagine. I wrote about the law of the people some time ago against the law of the land and is still the case. It was in my favor.
