Because they did it in another country doesn't mean they're not a criminal to Hungry. I don't see anything wrong with Hungry locking a woman up from Spain if arrived on holiday and had an abortion ten years ago in Spain. If you're going to fuck around like you do then this is what you should be getting in return for it. If they was to be a proper European union Austria would be required to get their information before performing the deed and would be required to send it to Hungry. If Hungry has different laws than every nation in Europe should by law have to send them the details of everyone who would be a criminal to them. Though seems they have allowing of corruption favor that's uneuropean. They already have that in America, you're not adding anything new or good. But also is the law of the people angle and that means if they goto another country to commit a crime of their people that country is expected to punish them, send them to be punished, send for a Hungarian to punish them or insure the crime doesn't take place. It's the law of the people. A law of the people European free movement would allow them to pick what people they're part of using the old nations and borders or making up new ones. That would be different and more healthy I would imagine. I wrote about the law of the people some time ago against the law of the land and is still the case. It was in my favor. For Europe it would be a new tribes for from choice not culture and based on what they agree with or don't. It could still work with law of the land but it would corruption if they're not a criminal when go back to Hungry.
