HAPPY 17TH WINX CLUB ANNIVERSARY!!
Gosh, I don't even know where to start- this series is so important to me in so many ways.
I started watching Winx club when it was first airing in the Netherlands back in 2004 and it has been such a huge part of my life ever since. There's just something about this series that draws me back to it every once in a while, even though I left the fandom nearly two years ago.
Life hasn't always been easy for me, but I've always been able to turn to these characters when I needed guidance, to let my mind wander off to the wonderful dimensions of Magix and find a place in Alfea with my friends, even if in roleplay. I've met some amazing people in the Winx fandom over the years, some of which I'm still in touch with and am proud to call friends.
And well, this series has inspired me to start writing my own fantasy series- and for that I will always be grateful.
