Android 13 is the thirteenth android created by Dr. Gero. His past is unknown, but he was created before Androids 14 and 15, and all three of them had problems one after the other, so Dr. Gero deactivates them. Android 13 was fully completed by Gero's supercomputer and goes off into the glacier to annihilate Goku as he is programmed to follow Gero's revenge.
