Description
She reached around to the back of her head where it left the seam in her new face. She dug her fingers into it and when she did, the mask expanded and moved farther down. She let go and felt the edge of the mask. She then started to hear a voice in her head.
“You know you want me, you know you need me.”
She snapped out of it and reached back again and then pulled hard trying to get the mask off. The harder she pulled the more it moved down. It was now covering her entire neck and she gave up fearing it would grow more.
“I complete you. I make you feel good. I feed you energy.” The mask was a creature trying to stay alive and connected to its host.
