One of my favorite Pokemon, the colossal Wailord. While incredibly hard to level in the higher levels, I managed to get one to lvl. 100 through sheer freaking will.—

One of the largest Pokemon of all time, Wailord inhabit coastal regions where they feed on large amounts of fish Pokemon. They are known to inhabit the coasts of the Hoenn region and the Unova region. This is because of their migration patterns. Wailord feed on rich supplies of fish Pokemon in Hoenn waters, while they breed on Unova coasts where Sharpedo, the only potential predator of their young does not reside.
However, boat collisions in Hoenn and pollution in Unova have an impact on the species. Measures are being put into saving them, the rise in solar and wind in Unova and new fishing practices help drive Wailord deaths downwards, helping heal the species back from the harm and near extinction caused by the old whaling days.
