L and Rem are gorgeous in this piece. The body language and expressions on both of them do have this sense of foreboding: L looks almost scared and Rem is looming over him with a determined and threatening expression. It pretty much tells what will happen to these two and the fate they will share.

looks rem shinigami dies because they can only kill the person whose life expectancy is to finish but when it still has life because if you kill the Sacrifice is a sin for them

If a Shinigami writes a person's name in the Death Note to save another person, the Shinigami dies. In Rem's case, she wrote both Watari and L's name down to save Misa, so she died as well.

I saw that part where that Shinigami Jealous, Rem spoke about him ..
he was in love with some girl who picked up a Death Note, and a killer wanted to kill the girl but then Jealous wrote the killer's name down , and her lifespan increased causing him to die, right?
But i don't get why she killed Watari too, he was just an old man.

Right, that girl was Misa, that's why Rem gave her life to her because she felt indebted to Jealous.
