Monster Effect
If you control a face-up "The Agent" monster; you can Special Summon this card from your hand, and if you do, it is treated as a Tuner. You can target 1 of your banished Fairy monsters; add that target to your hand. While "The Sanctuary in the Sky" is face-up on the field, you can add up to 2 Fairy monsters instead. You can only use each effect of "The Agent of Discord - Neptune" once per turn.
